How does Miss Fortune collect the bounty?

I was looking for a bounty hunter and then I remembered that MF has that title.

But I dont get how she fulfills it. What does she have in her kit (not her story) that makes you feel like a bounty hunter?

I feel more of a bounty hunter with Twisted Fate than MF btw.
