Shaco's Q still has 14 secs cooldown

I'm not sure if it should be considered a bug but Shaco's deceive (Q) still has a 14sec cooldown, while in the patch notes Riot says that it has been changed to 11sec.

Maybe there's a problem in the update? Has anyone else noticed that or is it only in EUNE?

Yeah same here, think it might be a typo

Definitely a typo. Shaco's old Q had an 11 second cooldown, so changing it to 11 seconds makes no sense. It's supposed to have a 14 second cooldown because you get the 2.5 second refund after you attack.
