Can the Blood Lord have a Blood Moon skin?
Just wondering if it would make sense for Vlad to have one...

That would give nothing new to Vlad though. He already has red particles on other skins.

I was thinking the other day that a Blood Moon Emperor Tahm Kench would be cool. Like dressed up in ceremonial red robes with the little fez and blood moon particles.
