I feel like velkoz is being played alot and hes very overpowered with his passive being able to get you to 1/3 health at lvl 3 with 3 spells. Does anyone else have this problem and should vel koz be nerfed

not really op though, just reliable
his laning isn't really strong too, it's mostly his ult which is great... in teamfights, especially after you get some stacks on them. it can be interrupted, so dodge skillshots and cc him, otherwise anybody can kill you on 3
