Oppressor, Courage of the Colossus, Windspeaker's Blessing

>REMOVED: Oppressor Champions either have crowd control abilities or they don’t, making Oppressor a pretty ‘yes or no’ mastery. How you play your champion makes little difference when the only question is whether you can do something or not, so we’re removing Oppressor in favor of something more flexible.

Oppressor was removed because champions either had cc or didn't, and so the mastery would be mostly useless on those who didn't (except for allied cc and rylais and frozen mallet).

Meanwhile, Windspeaker's Blessing and the new Courage of the Colossus are 100% useless on the wrong champions, because they can't even piggyback off of allied or item cc's/shields/heals.

Why do these three not all share the same reasoning?

I think the main difference is that oppressor is early in its tree so its easy for anybody to pick up, so a lot of champions end up just grabbing it because its there.

Windspeakers and Courage are at the bottom of their respective trees so they're designed to encourage champions who specialize in shields/heals/cc to go deep into the tree to get that mastery.

It still sucks that DrMundo is losing SotA and Oppressor in the same patch though.
