League of Vladimir?
I propose that League of Legends be renamed League of Vladimir... it sounds way catchier.
There can be a Castlevania theme at the log-in screen with a grinning Vlad splash that looks epic as balls.
In the game, Vlad is the only champion that you can have as many of as you want on either team (he also can't be banned in ranked). Summoner's Rift would be re-decorated a la Twisted Treeline style to suit the Hemomancer's preferences.
Whenever Vlad launches his attacks, he will laugh Castlevania style (like in those old games where the Dracula boss keeps launching fireballs, teleporting, and laughing). Hemoplague will be upgraded to 20% damage amp.
Team fights will be epic as hell as everyone spams Transfusion, turns into blood, and everyone is constantly lit up by waves of Hemoplagues and you have all this criss-cross of healing after all the Ults pop...
