Darius Noxian Guillotine (R) has been reverted back to live functionality. Mana cost reverted to 100 mana at all ranks from 100/50/0 New Effect: At rank 3, Noxian Guillotine's cooldown resets entirely on kill removed.
Looks like the dunkmaster is gonna continue to be feast or famine, and outclassed by everyone else. RIP

Left Hook Larry1 votesCompletely different considering that when Darius shits on you in lane he can come to teamfights and shit on your entire team. His Q is AOE and he can recast his ult if executes someone with it. He's not as bad as you make it seem. Plus true dmg is op.
Late game he falls off hard, but so do many other champs. There's no way to make his kit any better without making him completely overpowered

So late that patch 5.7 is about to launch.
His buffs are 100% confirmed to be coming this patch (5.7), and they are actually better than they were originally (Rank 1 will refund 25 mana on kill, Rank 2 50 mana, Rank 3 100 mana and full reset)

A: Your wrong, and riot buffed him without making him OP, and actually made him useful again

Left Hook Larry1 votesLol my first game when Darius during his free week I went 10-0 against a somewhat counter (urgot top). He's an extremely easy champion to play and requires no skill or tactics. All you have to do is poke with Q and then occasionally pull and do your combo. His kit is toxic and people who main him are usually toxic as well.
He was always useful. Didn't need a buff, maybe a rework. You're just making a braindead champ stronger and easier to play by buffing him

No information was given, and now we have Darius as is. A champion with a broken kit, who needs fixing.
These changes were fine, I don't know why they would revert them.
Either give him these changes, or put his rework on the priority list.

You would be aced before the screen flashed PENTAKILL!

Fighters =/= Bruisers =/= Tanks.
Darius is a fighter, meaning he wants to 2-3 damage items. Problem is, he has zero tank stats, zero mobility, and zero use lategame.
He is outclassed. These ult buffs would give him a reason to be picked over other fighters. I would pick Garen over Darius everytime, because Garen is far less situational, and is more reliable. These changes would give Darius reliability lategame, but instead, he will remain outclassed.

This is why, on live, every late game teamfight ends with Darius getting a Quadrakill in a second then running out of mana.
