Get rid of Flex queue, bring back ranked teams.

Flex Queue

• People play it for the season rewards, to not decay, and to boost their bronze friends.
• Nobody takes it seriously enough. People care more about ARAM than they do about Flex.
• A higher flex queue rank than solo queue rank is the badge of a boosted ape.

Ranked Teams

• People played it for the above reasons and to have fun with their friends.
• Players took ranked teams almost as seriously as solo queue.
• A high teams ranked means you are really good in coordinated play.
