Balance team: What is your problem with Lucian?

I just want to know. Because the last 6 patches you guys have completely run him dead. THe buff on the pbe is not enough he needs actual damage added to his kit. The buff he got before was not good enough especially when you knew already you were going to nerf lehality again. Like what are you intending to do with him? What makes it worst is that you always do it indirectly but then refuse to directly buff him. I think the buff you gave him ebfore as jsut because you knew you were going to buff lethality. And it was good if lethality and the items and armorpen was staying the way it is but now you are nerfing them again and refusing to give him the damage he needs to actually compete at all. I really want to know why is this? Just give me a reason why and i'll never post about it again. It just doesn't make sense you screw him over and over indirectly and directly but refuse to buff him when you already freaking know whats going to happen. You don't need to see numbers in a patch to know what is feaking obvious. So whats the deal.
