Fiddle is trash now

So removing the perma drain really hurt him. I'm not saying it wasn't a bad gameplay pattern, but you've made his clear slower, made his objective solo'ing impossible early. You nerfed the FUCK out of Zhonya's, so he's not even getting decent ap until 30 minutes into the game. Removing the mr shred hurts him at all stages. So pretty much, Fiddle needs to get to 35 minutes to be all that good. I've played thousands of Fiddle games, so it's not like I was only a casual player of his, but I fear that he is not good anymore. No AP means bad in team fights. He's just so sub par now.

this is pretty dang true. as a person who also plays a good bit of fiddles (maybe not thousands but ya know. also grats on that man that is pretty freaking huge to be maining a champ for that long) I'm also a little angry bout this. I mean yeah his "core theme" was always this crowstorm guy but in reality he became the ultimate perma drainer that stood still and did nothing but drain. I feel like this is like viktor and anivia where riot didn't really think about how the community perceives champions and what their "niche" is. i actually forgot to mention that in a post i made a minute or so as well so thanks man for brinigng it to light :D

i think he has decent power as a laner becausse he can easily run away after a fear drain He is no doubt different with the magic resist debuff passive, but slows crippled him greatly, with items like the protobelt and such I think he will become a more considered pick top lane, but over shadowed by shaco 's fun aspect and ability to build almost anything.

Yes, I think he'll be ok as a roaming mid laner. Lanes have access to greater amounts of AP and mana faster than ap junglers do. I got 30 minutes into a game, had Runic, Zhonya's, Rylai's, and cd boots. Barely 200 ap at the time most games are ending.....not nearly enough.

If he stays at 10th-ish, fair enough. But he was the winningest or second winningest jungler for a long time. So while I acknowledge there's no reason for him to always remain at the very top, that's a very dramatic fall off.

He is already starting to drop. His Win rate could have been affected by several reasons. Looking at his score he barely goes even. If anything hes Carring lanes simply due to a Q via assist. Once players get back to being more familiar to playing against him hes only going to drop harder. There are more AP junglers out there capable of dealing more damage and providing more to the team. Also need a stat for the game length to measure when he spikes or drops off.

I agree. the AP is poor. HE is utterly useless without his Ultimate and even with it he still isn't even that great. Runic Echoes and Zhonya gives him 130 AP....

agreed. that's why i'm thinking two things.... one is that maybe mid lane fiddle can be more effective. two is that maybe i should skip a jungle item altogether. finish chilling smite and go straight into a morellos

Right. Plus you damn near HAVE to go Rylais now, since your only going to get one shot at draining them now. So that puts you at 200ish ap at thirty minutes. That's pathetic. Can't even burst an adc down with that.
