A small request for the Urgot rework
I am fully aware with what happens on the PBE via [email protected] so I know about the Urgot rework. I am someone who liked Urgot a lot before the buffs in 5.5 and was extremely happy about them. Since his buffs I've played him in about 15-20 times and have seen a few things about him currently that I would love to see in the rework. I know it is going to be a Sion-level rework, but even Sion kept some things from his old kit so why not Urgot?

Kiting Thanks to Urgot's slow, he becomes a fun kiter while still being able to deal "Tons of damage." This could be an interesting asset whether he becomes mobile or stays immobile how he currently is.

Tanky Due to his shield scaling, Urgot becomes a spellcaster-bruiser-marksman-tank hybrid. Although that combination probably shouldn't be kept, it would be nice to still keep him with mana and having a shield or some other defense that is as useful as his W-Toxic Capacitator (or some name like that.) Even if his shield isn't kept, it would be nice to still see a bit of tackiness from him in the new Urgot such as building Maw and Frozen Heart currently working well with the shield.

Single-target damage Currently Urgot has one of the best single-target damage in the game. The ability to E-Q-Q-Q-(Q depending on cdr) and then ult to keep someone in place is extremely strong and useful. This is something you probably would want to tune down rendering you made him tanky, but no matter would be cool to have, probably built in his ult.
When I think of Urgot, I think of a tanky marksmen. Obviously it your choice as I don't work for Riot or anyone in general, but I just would like to see a resemblance of old Urgot in new Urgot. TY for your time if someone reads this.
TL;DR Keep some part of Urgot in rework please.
