Opinions on the upcoming Cass nerf?

Passive - Aspect of the Serpent PASSIVE BONUS: At 100 stacks, Twin Fang heals for 6/8/10/12/14/16 +0.1 ability power ⇒ +0.06 ability power E - Twin Fang

MANA REFUND: If Twin Fang kills the target, it refunds its mana cost plus 3% of Cassiopeia's maximum mana ⇒ 1.5% of Cassiopeia's maximum mana

Personally I think the first one is incredibly minor, so much that it simply isn't noticable. the second one is a much bigger deal but only for people who rely on E to kill minions (which can be handled very easily).

Won't hurt her that badly at all, and her farming will probably be unaffected.

In general, I'm expecting to see a lot of 2x Doran's in next patch with mana regen nerfed, so it'll probably come out even. (And note that Cass e proc benefits from the mastery tree change, making it somewhat less of a nerf to that ratio anyways.)

As a Cass main I can verify that she is absurdly powerful right now in this tank meta with her sustained damage. They should of went for the damage though, I think adding more mana issues is just annoying but frankly will not stop me at all once I get my second doran's ring and a tear l0l.

Well, sustained DPS is literally the point of Cass -- she's one of the few true DPS mages (if not the only one left after the Ryze changes).
