For a champion that's been in the game for a very long time, there's no reason that you can't play around it. Millions of other players in other games were able to destroy Nasus before. Just because you can't doesn't make him OP.
You're obviously upset given the caps lock and the fact you even made this post. Just try to remember this is a game.
NoIWontBuySkins2 votesAnduins to slow him and Mercury's treads to escape. Most cannot solo him after level 10 as his CS has tons of stacks and all he has to buy is crit and resists. When he ults you need to pick up your skirt and run as it adds another 100 AD to his stats.
CC and ranged is your only hope.

and the jungler isnt going to be there 24/7, as long as he is on the opposite side of the map you're free to harass him as you wish, so having a jungler that ganks for him isnt exactly an excuse to not win vs him anyways.
also what helps is bringing either an 
if youre taking the lead, or 
if youre a tank, he cant actually 1v1 well if he cant lifesteal.
edit: also i can see the first 2 times you got ganked you were dismounted and pushed balls deep with no wards. you also tend to played with absolutely no respect to stat advantages. like, im talking you were 0/5 but still picked a fight with him after he took your tower. it was more just a snowball from your own mistakes tbh.
