Any champions Dominant in Early and Late Game that are easy and uncounterable?
EDIT: Thanks for the suggestions. They work, but not with brainless teams. I got my champions and I will post a thread why they are and who they are. Stay tuned if you wish to see my suggestions. I changed my core gameplay to make them work, but they did good.

venomous frost1 votesno nasus takes too long too scale, you don't need hard to kill champs in low elo, you want champs that kill the enemy fast and take tower fast.
for top champs like trynd, jax , fiora, riven
jungle champs like yi, olaf, nocturne
mid champs like Diana, yasuo
They all have a specific splitpushing playstyle, so macro play and map awareness is key with these champs, avoid teamfights and just take objectives. Winning lane hard is also key for a quick victory, so learn to play aggro and how to trade well

splitpushing is just the easiest method of winning in low elo

They just teamfight and die like retards. I have been in teamfights with these noobs in like just 3-4% of all my ranked career, I bet all-in on push, they cannot hold them not to recall, so hard to kill 5 guys in 4v5 when they come like retards. I cannot play with such players. If I had a player that had half a brain to come and split with me, we win all the games, but no one does come, we ace them, top full of minions, but who came? No one. Only me. And pushed to inhibitor and died. Since no help. We could end. But we lost.
«get good» - I am not a magician, I do not have a magic wand to say «git gut» and to become good. Not that easy with such player base.

You still have games where more then one play has NO clue and you cant win ever (even with a LCS player) but if your team has half a brain you can do well.
I also do Ziggs Mid/Bot but its not as good as Yorick

Always when I get easy champion like Tryndamere, I carry them but I feel bad for the opposite team too. I need some pick that will make them forget of the loss. Someone like Mordekaiser. But when my team is garbage? What then? What can I do to tell them: "Your fault, not mine". They literally bet all faults on me going all-in with the statement to Riot «flamer». When will I stop getting restrictions, even got a permanent ban and I said bye money for such game which's owners do not care. I reported like 50 people and 1 or 2 got punished but the others the also deserved? I was not that a flamer. I am patient but EU has a law «To the fire with fire.», obviously...

Yi - Killable, sucks, lack of CC, a small Stun and he is dead. Only Quicksilver Sash or Cleanse saves him. Malphte - Kiteable, I dont want to wait 150s for R, no thanks.

Oelyk1 votesSorry no "easy" Midlaner comes to mind for carrying... Making pick sure, but midlaners generally lack solo play(like 2v1) potential and rely on teammates to facetank if the enemy groups... Viegar, kennen, lissandra swain.

A Doorknob1 votesDepends on your style and what rank you're at. Each rank has it own set of champs that's considered overpowered and that helps you climb. Example; if you're bronze and you main support, your best bet is probably blitzkek. Platimun and you play JG? I believe Hecarim does well.
Although be warned, this makes the game very boring.

is extremely strong in both phases of the game.
The only trade off is he is slightly harder to learn the some other easy to play champs (Ex.

But his poke in lane is great, your q is an amazing tool for harass along with your w, his e is a great combo opener or disengage, and when team fights start to breakout, he just needs to land one combo and a fight can be swayed heavily, his true damage is super high late game, and can shred tanks if fed enough.
