Buff Urgot a bit
I am not sure why will all be hating this but I still want it. As it follows:

Movement Speed: 330 -> 340

BASIC ATTACK: Range 425 -> 175 (melee, attacks with the Sharpshooter)

Q: Acid Hunter (now fires a missile from the Hand-cannon)

Damage: 10/40/70/100/130 (+85% AD) -> 10/30/50/70/90 (+90/92.5/95/97.5/100% AD), and the ability to apply on-hit effects, such as critical strike, red buff, Trinity Force, lifesteal etc.

Cooldown: 1.5 sec. (0.85 sec. with 45% CDR)

Mana Cost: 40 at all ranks -> 33/36/39/42/45

No longer will refund mana on kill.

Bonus: +5/7/9/11/13% Q range for each champion hit, over the duration. No longer missile-locks.

Bonus Passive: +15% critical strike chance on Q only. Critical Strikes deal 220/240/260% damage on Q (270/290/310% with Infinity Edge). Passive is lost while on cooldown.
