No. Not enough. People who actually play the champion want their voices to be heard. Riot's direction of this update is concerning to the people who play Aatrox. It shows their lack of understanding and willingness to even listen to people who actually DO play him.

Aatrox is too weak right now, but that does not imply the rework was shit. Darius was dog shit when his rework dropped too, and though he is generally on the stronger side he has proven to be a successful design. Give it some time.

The differencw is that this rework was a nerf in disguise while the darius rework actually reworked how he played to be better.
Ok i don't think i explained myself right
Aatrox has a problem called identiry crisis. He has multiple things he wants to build to be optimal. These are health, attack damage, resistances and attack speed. The problem is that if you focus too much on anyone of these its bad for aatrox. This is why tanktrox and full ad were generally bad builds. Eventually people worked out that a bruiser build was best for him which was a mix between everything.
Now rework comes along and messes this up even more weakening everything about him bar his q. He is now more reliant on hp and attack speed because of the changes to his w and passive. But also needs more damage as well because of his reduced w damage as well. Basically there is no good way to build him now. This is why the rework is a failure. It didn't remove much or any of his problems and made the ones already there even more prominent.
