Okay so I need help when it comes to a bunch of things but here are the Three BIGGEST problems I have:
How do I remain calm when my teammates are trolling/flaming/etc and I'm trying my best but I am FAR behind the team?
If Quinn can top lane does that mean sivir can as well?

Mute button always comes in handy. Also, you should never be in a position in which you are far behind, may want to rewatch a few of your games and find out where everything is going wrong.
