I dont play nasus really, but had been thinking it would be fun. Played against a renekton 1 trick and pretty much felt like I had to give up every minion or I would die if I got close. Do people really just sit under tower and miss al the CS? Any tips? Felt so wild

Renekton should win the laning phase but Nasus' ult is stronger than his. Also, Nasus is not supposed to be dueling much lol he's a ticking bomb. Before lvl 3 he's pretty weak (but I guess nasus doesn't deal that much dmg :/). From lvl 3 to 6 you shouldn't try to trade with him but you will outscale him hard in the end so... be patient? That's all I got

Hm, let's see. Renektom uses PTA and has an AA reset spell that stuns. Rush 
to take less damage(also the passive 12% AA damage would negate the initial 12% exposed damage if he were to AA further on). However Renekto will just keep laighuing at you since users are tankier and more offensive than users until users get more than just core items.
Although I think that and 
would be a survivable core on him, stronger Q's, 30% more sustain, AA block damage, also magic ressist vs. Renekton's magic damage dealing ultimate.
Oh and make sure you wither him before he E dashestoweards yiu and AA W stun's you, to slower his PTA stacking on you. I don't suggest rushing 
as a first item tho, no point in buying attack speed redunding item if Renektom is going to build 
as his third and final core item.
Nasus wins that matchup hard once he has Sheen, a cloth armor, and 100 stacks. Just sustain endlessly off of minions and bonk him when he tries to trade/CS. Sure you lose stacks, but it’s worth it for lane priority.
Before that point, however, you’re pretty much confined to your tower. Standard fare for Nasus, though. The tricky part is when Renekton manages to get a freeze - you’ll have to call for help to break it, making sure your jungler knows not to try for a kill.
Rush brambles vest verses renekton, the guy instantly takes 3 hits if he tries to empowered W you, and gets reduced healing from Q.
Renekton isn't too difficult for Nasus, as long as you survive until boots and your first big item you pretty much autowin against him. Start cloth and 4 pots, pop a potion whenever he takes you below 65% hp. Slip in some stacks whenever his abilities are on cooldown. Back early if need be, just focus on not dying.

Its literally impossible to stop Nasus from getting farmed to a ridiculous state. Just lose lane, and CS under tower. Take hits for stacks if you have to, you have biscuits and ridiculous sustain, youll be fine. Avoid shoving the wave, you want a lot of room to chase him down with Wither+your jungler.
