Can Riot explain to me how I am sitting on 9 hextech chests and almost a 10th with only 2 keys....

I haven't gotten keys very much throughout the entire season. Even now after not playing for WEEKS heck maybe even a month ... I got 2 key frags. Haven't gotten a 3rd yet. Got 3-4 chests tho ... I almost have 10 chests saved up just sitting there. They really need to increase drop rate of keys. I am annoyed as hell at the fact that throughout this season I barely got that many keys despite playing a darn good amount. Even when I get S or S- or S+ I STILL rarely see a key. And before you ask no I do not play with a party and NO I should not have to in order to get keys. I am a solo player only and RIOT needs to start supporting solo players before you know ... they leave.

I can understand not getting many keys cause I haven't played a lot recently ... but I begin playing a bunch of games lately and literally only see 2 keys ? then I'm SOL again ? I unlocked 3 boxes and only 2 keys in the past week. I have prolly opened less than 10 boxes the entire season .... despite playing a lot overall.

Starting to seem like just some whack scheme to get noob's to play more instead of being something players should look forward to once in a while. I have unlocked a total of 1 MAYBE 2 skins the ENTIRE SEASON. and I am literally sitting on 2 skins in my entire inventory. Despite not doing much with the other ones I had. I used them to get essence to unlock the 1 - 2 skins. And that's it.
