Hextech Crafting System Lockout Option

Look, I love this Hextech thing. think it's a great implementation, but I'm completely incapable of rerolling for a random new champion in fear that I will roll into a champion that I despise. I'm not gonna name the champion, but I dislike everything about them and never want to see them become an addition to my account. Not sure how big of a idea or request this is, but might it be possible to have it so that you can voluntarily lock out one champion from the crafting system?
