Please buff Annie and LeBlanc, they are so weak right now.

LeBlanc is completely dependent on having a great early game. If she gets put behind, she never catches up. I think her ultimate damage should be doubled or she should have the ability to hold 2 charges of distortion (w) along with her ultimate. She is so weak right now.

Annie's burst is so terrible. She definitely is in need of some serious buffs. Her range is so small that she is literally a one trick pony with flash ult. Can we please buff her damage so it is more viable? She is so weak right now.
