New Fiora is really toxic

Guys I've played few games at PBE with her. God this is so simple to hit weak enemy's spot with your Q. Some champions like wouldn't have a chance to outplay her with low mobility. Her Q just slices through opponent and hit into weak spot without any risk to miss. Flawless trades. These matchup depend only on Fiora's confidence. If she's bad she's going to lose. If she's good enough she's going to win with no doubts (Even if her opponents are better than her. Makes no diffrence trust me). This is just not right, mates. I'm not even talking about W. Such a low risk during the trades. Block Decimate/ Decisive Strike/Curshing Blow and she will win fight for sure. Just all in. I've tried it on PBE that was so simple to perform. 0.75 seconds window to reflect any ability. Woah... (... block on Demacian Justice gives me nightmares) I don't understand it anyway. Her late game doesn't seem the best. She's going to fall off against tanky - CC team but! She's still going to be useful if played correctly. So what did we get? Strong laning phase, strong mid game, decent late game (not that reliable as old Fiora's ultimate but don't forget about Riposte and insane amount of damage to any kind of target + crits on turrets WTF is that!?) P.S I'm not saying she's OP or something. I can see a lot of ways to shut her down during the !game! but I guess she's a new "Hand of Noxus" which is going to destroy melee champions without any contribution. P.S.S Her new art is so bad.
