[Essence Reaver] Replace the B.F. Sword in its recipe with a Forbidden Idol + Pickaxe

The problem with Essence Reaver is that it has the same exact recipe as The Bloodthirster. Additionally, it comes with Cooldown Reduction and mana regeneration yet none of the items it builds out of have either one of those stats. Putting Forbidden Idol into the recipe will make the CDR and mana regeneration make sense. To keep the costs and attack damage the same or close to the same, also add in a Pickaxe in place of the BF Sword.
