Is it really good for the game when every champion takes the same summoner spell?
I'm talking about Flash. Every summoner takes Flash and one other spell. It doesn't feel right.

Short answer: Yes, it's fine.
Long answer: It's kind of a bummer that there is less diversity for one of the summoner spell slots, but we're in too deep at this point as immobile champions have been balanced around being able to flash out of danger or into a fight for far too long. Nerfing flash would hit hardest against a ton of immobile champions that already struggle to find ways to deal with more mobile champs, buffing other spells to be worth replacing flash would be an insane amount of power (buffing only one or two just means flash and this buffed spell on every character instead of flash and ignite/exhaust/heal/teleport depending on champ/role/matchup)
I take Tele and Heal almost always, and it works well for my play style. Literally 4/5 games though my team spams for me to take flash in pregame chat. I have grown a custom to playing without flash and I prefer it that way.
Because flash is simply THE best summoner spell. Mobility, escape, engage, disengage, dodge, secure kill... It's like thunderlord, if the other masteries where as good as this one we would see them a lot more, but thunderlord is just THE best Keystone mastery, so eveyrone takes it.
It is when half of the game has mobility built-in and half does not. If this were a game like Smite, it'd be cool because basically everyone has a dash or blink. But unless a significant portion of the roster is updated to account for mobility creep, yes, it is.
Because most immobile champions are horrible so they need flash to be as good as it is in order for them to be somewhat less horrible.
