That still gives a team 5 forfeit votes and you usually don't see that many anyways. I hate seeing the same guy spam ff at every opportunity. You had your chance, no one wants to forfeit so you'll have to wait until someone else puts up an ff vote.
What if he runs it down mid 5 times in between ff votes and you change your mind :D
I've got no problem putting a personal timer on it or something, but a 1 off limit would leave you trapped in game for too long with no option but to afk after it failed.
I feel like rather than limiting people, give people a way to limit how many they see.
Maybe add it to the "mute pings" thing, and only make it come up in chat rather than the full display.
