Caitlyn is supposed to counter vayne yet thats not the case anymore. Past 5 minutes Cait is incapable of stopping her from farming.

As it is right now Junglers have too much of an impact on the game, You can literally pick vayne and rely on your jungler to camp the shit out your lane. Even if its 1 kill that will help so much.

No, she still needs nerfed. No reason a late game carry should be able to IMMEDIATELY delete another carry. (And MF is definitely NOT struggling.)

Lucian is off meta currently because there are better alternatives than to use him (twitch, ezreal, cait...).

If you are having troubles with her, simply have your jungler assist other lanes and get them snowballing. One person can not stop your entire team unless they are significantly more skilled than you.
