Also, I think that 100% AP ratio isn't +100% AP onto the % max health damage, 100 AP would have you dealing 100% max health and that's just busted. I think it's just extra damage when you proc it, so if you have 100 AP, it'll deal 110/120/130/140/150 damage +6/8/10/12/14% max health when it triggers.
