Wasn't Tanko nerfed?
So why is it every pro game hes played hes still played as a tank? Obviously the "nerfs" arent working.

MLDzXnRRR2 votesFizz was played as triforce + tank for some time even after his R changes in the pro scene, just because of his slippery kit. Same with Ekko - he has enough dmg to kill people without MR even without AP and has CC + survivability + mobility. There is no reason to pick melee champion that isn't tank in the LCS, if your early, mid and late game is worse than ranged champions. If there is some strong melee that can carry with offensive items, pros use it, but it gets nerfed into the ground after several months.
