Can we make the BTRK active stronger? (The PBE BTRK NOT the live)

Right now on PBE it only deal 100 magic damage..that nothing that like 30 magic damage vs someone...

When gunblade deals more basic damage and have a ratio too!!

Can we make the active to have 100 magic damage base but to have an AD ratio too?

or increase the base damage to 200 or something? or make it physical so your armor penetration MEAN something because magic damage have no synergy with AD champions and no its not the whole "well if they build armor you now have a magic damage too to hit them" NO 100 magic damage against the BASE MR of champion is translate to 20-30 magic damage.....so NOTHING NO DAMAGE AT ALL

Short answer: No.

That power budget went into the direct stats of the item, making it better at its intended purpose as an anti-HP-stacking item. More specifically, I am refering to the improved Lifesteal - you can Lifesteal a lot of a champion that stacks HP without Armor, as Lifesteal is based on the post-mitigation damage you do.

The more the item works through your AAs and the less it works as an extra nuke ability, the healthier it is.
