For the second week in a row, a person with 0 history of connection issues to the normal servers lost there connection and forced us to lose a game as a 4v5. Not being able to replace people in mid bracket RUINS CLASH. We are not losing because we are bad. We were even somewhat ahead in the beginning of the 4v5. But winning a 4v5 from the start is impossible, which is why remakes exist in the first place. This requirement BREAKS the mode and makes it virtually unplayable. But a tournament that is this susceptible to random connection issues, especially those that apparently are distinct from those experienced in any other mode and thus cannot be predicted, is not sustainable. In our games alone, we now have a 66% failure rate due to no fault of our own. The person last week has had 0 connection issues other than during last week's CLASH, including the entirety of this week, and the person from today has no prior history of EVER dcing without and external event, yet both suffered DCing during and only during CLASH, and event they and we paid blue essense for. I can only conclude that the servers dedicated to CLASH are in some way different from the normal servers and something in their setup is randomly creating connection issues. Not only technical difficulties, but real life could come into play. What if there was an accident? A family emergency? A power outage? There are hundreds of thing that could happen in the middle of a CLASH tournament that require that a person be replaced. If you won't allow remakes, you must allow substitutions. Otherwise it's not a tournament, it's a crapshoot.
