So the Garen nerfs in the next patch are mobility nerfs

Riot, I do not care if a Garen can outrun me as Singed, although it is wrong, it's not what is ticking me off. What I am kinda mad about is the fact that now if I am at half health, I am dead, because his ult is a point click, percent health true damage dealer and its ranged, so unlike Cho who has to walk up to me to kill me, he can just kill me from a distance, and that destroys any top lane fun. I would rather face Riven then another Garen right now.

His ult only does true damage if you're the villain.
His ult has the same damage scaling as before the last patch.
If you're getting enough kills as Singed to be the villain you're either doing something really right, in which case I don't see why Garen killing you once or twice is that big of an issue, or your team is doing really poorly, in which case that's not really a Garen problem.

This at all points, I guess Darius' ult most be the most broken thing on the planet if he thinks Garens is bad.

Garen's ult is not ranged

If Garen could out-run you as Singed now, he could have done it pre-rework. They nerfed his mobility when he was first reworked.

His ult is ranged, as it as the AA as mini Gnar
If his Mobility was nerfed (and it was) and he can still outrun a champ that needs to run the entire game long, then you know that something is wrong.
