About the Sylas changes
Didn't Riot say they wanted to move him out of the Jungle? Then why does he seem even more like a Jungler now.
His passive now gives him more stacks for AOE damage which helps with clear. Q since it had it's damage more back ended is better on camps since they don't move as much so they'll get cleared faster. Hell since E1 lost it's shield you can just use it for mobility now instead of defensively. Then you've also got the old thing with Sylas Jungle where you can use a larger variety of ults instead of just one person's over and over again compared to lane Sylas.
