Lux Spell hitboxes

Now I know this is brought up a lot and tossed back and forth but I just was wondering if there was any word on whether this was getting changed or not. Lux's hitboxes on her q and ult mainly are a lot bigger than the animation actually shows. Are they planning on readjusting her animations at any time or is it just going to stay this way?
