Moving items in your inventory

Now i know not many people are support mains like I am. But one thing that I feel could be a nice QOL change could be that when you buy a component item with an active ability(EX. Sightstone, Bilgewater cutlass etc.), when you complete the item, It stays in the same slot the component with the active is in? For example, I put my sightstone on 2. But when I upgrade it to Eye of the equinox or whatever it moves it to my 1 slot. Now I know this isn't a big deal, but sometimes I wont notice and ill be in a fight trying to place wards in bushes or whatever and it wont place because the item with the active got moved.
