Saving Skin selections

The new champ select is very fun and I like it a lot. The only problem I have been having is that it never saves my skin selection from game to game. For example, I played a few games of yesterday. The first game I chose my Matador skin since it was the first time I have played him since the new draft came out. The next game I played I had locked in my Longhorn skin even though I hadn't used that one in a while. Is this supposed to happen or is this a bug? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
