He went from utterly disgusting to an utter abomination that is some balance team you got. Hey this champ is OP but will will remove a little utility and replace it with an MASSIVE dmg boost.

So now gl laning vs azir as he stands half a map away spewing out insane amounts of sustain dmg with zero counter play. I mean you can even stand at your turret to farm because of his solider obnoxious range and the fact they cant be killed targeted and well azir gets to stand a mile behind them.

<-- Has only ever played ranged mages and quinn against Azir, never melee's, doesn't know the true pain but has still hated laning against azir cause I still get poked from 1k range away. God it's obnoxious. Even if you all in, he has such a strong disengage that you can't even do anything against it.
