There is zero reason for people to complain now. Her passive has been nerfed late game and early game and her E's AS and its slow have been changed, so it hurts both full damage Fiora and any utility she brings. Add that to the massive cd changes to W and the ult changes a bit back. There is nothing left to complain about, everything has been nerfed.

ikr, but percent health true damage is a pretty binary effect. It's either too much or too little.

what are they going to complain about? when they said she was op without giving a reason they changed her W and E. Then they wanted more and now her passive, even going full AD has been nerfed. The only thing left is her Q but that is her defining trait, her mobility.
