How in the world is gp still good?
Last season he was basically nerfed every patch and he still comes out as super strong and oppressive to play against
how is he so poorly designed that this can happen???

Well he's currently at a decent 50% winrate on NA (championgg), which seems balanced to me. He's a late game champ, people often will complain that he is oppressive but not bother to try to capitalize on his shit laning phase (with very little mobility or escape potential).

The champ's still decent after all the nerfs he's taken because that's how hilariously overtuned he was on release. It took riot a long, long time to get him in a balanced spot.
