Caitlyn claims she never misses. So why, when a Fizz E's and is 5 feet above the ground, does she miss? Plus it goes on cooldown? It doesn't go on cooldown when a Tahm swallows your target... is it cause he's the fat fish, and fizz is the slippery fish that always gets back in the water? C'mon now rito.

It depends on when he uses Playful. If the bullet is already in flight, it goes on full cooldown; if he uses it while Caitlyn is channelling, the ult goes on a 5 second reduced CD.
