Vladimir's Sanguine Pool & Active Items

So my friend and I just wanted to try out the new Hextech active items on Vlad so we threw together a custom game

Fun fact: You can use the protobelt dash (as well as gunblade and the GLP whatever - the ashe W thing-) while in pool

Wasn't sure if this was intended or not (Fizz can't use Protobelt while suspended by his trollpole, for example) so I was conflicted between posting this in bugs, misc or gameplay - decided on the latter because it seemed logical
