not mobility like khalista or leblanc moreover that he gets a little movement speed boost for every target that is affected by his passive just would make him a tiny bit faster kinda like darius passive too make brand more able to better to position in teamfights just a suggestion and if no reply why it wouldn't work

I think it's much better that, if Brand were to be buffed, we focus on the teamfight potential and AoE damage that he can do, like a traditional mage.
I think a good place to start is to make casting multiple spells in quick succession work more closely with his passive, instead of counteracting each other (kind of).
