Is LeBlanc strong or weak right now?
After her nerfs, what do you guys think?
It's been several weeks, do you think she is still strong, or do you think the nerfs did her in?

Leblanc is still LeBlanc.
You just can't go all in and 100-0 at level 3 anymore. You actually have to cs well for a bit and scale your passive up with some AP and get something like a hextech revolver and she will snowball like crazy.
They nerfed her the wrong way to begin with. I'd like it if they addressed the chain tether range and it still popping and rooting if she W's back .5 secs before it procs.
