Soraka and other champs

Soraka may have a 52.36% win rate but only 10.08% popularity. With such a low pick rate, I don't think her win rate is all that accurate yet. She needs some changes to make her more fun to play and make her more impactful like these:

-W: Gives armor again. -E: Gives manna to you or an ally champion (when they go on it) and gives bonus movement speed while running through it. Duration before stun slightly decreased (so it stays on the ground for a shorter amount of time). -R: Restores slightly more health at each level.

-Health regen slightly increased.

I think the above changes will make her more fun to play and be more impactful.

I think Riot forgot about this champion: Aurelion Sol.

With all the patches I seen I don't think he was ever in there.

Win rate is 45.64% and popularity is 2.69%.

I played this champ before and I don't think he's very good.
