This adc meta is so unbalanced and needs a fix

Take jinx for example people say she has no escapes? wrong. damage output of her Q, w and e are all very powerful tools in allowing her to escape. Now look at champs like twitch who riot designed as a champ having a escape, wrong. Twitches q takes LOL long time to proc if he needs to escape.

The main problem is riot nerfed adcs like twitch, draven, vayne and ezreal to the point they unplayable. Then you have adcs like ashe whose kits are simply outdated in league of escapes and assasins. End result is you have a very small adc meta. There are like 3 viable adcs when in season 3 they were all arguably viable.
