Riot needs to stop balancing champs like teemos shrooms to please casual players
In ranked play past silver people know how to build two major ap resist items making his shrooms utterly useless. Riot took off half the ap scaling on his shrooms, literally neutering poor little teemo. The champ changes decisions in this League are ridiculous lets look at them
- Lee Sin: never touch due to popularity.
- Teemo: completely neuter because scrub game developer in silver elo thinks shrooms op
- Sion: Change his cult following kit around for marketing to casuals and selling skins.
- Cassandra: Okay this is riots real attempt to change a champ, Complete utter failure lol.
Has had a number of nerfs last season, look it up.
Not nerfed for OP, nerfed for Toxicity. Teemo gets ahead, suddenly you're denied all of the map. He needs a rework, especially on his ult so it's not so much of an all or nothing skill, it's either insanely strong or pathetic.
His kit was out dated and was either insanely strong and pathetic late (AP) or pathetic early and insanely strong late (AD) either way, there were again, toxic elements in his kit that needed to be done away with and reworked in order to make him viable and give Riot the ability to buff him without making him OP.
And again, an issue of toxicity in the kit. Riot is still working on trying to iron out her kit and get it to viable.
