Remove drakthar

Is disrupting a lot of assassins and making them stronger than they should if you get rid of drakthar your see there will be way more chances to change assassins, as mucha as I love the item because it slows for 99%, I want it to be removed in order for assassins to be able to be buffed/nerfed, trust on this one and please upvote it, drakthar needs to be removed, its a toxic item.

PD: Remove Spear of Shojin too for the love of god champions who sinergyze with it are broken as hell (Looking at you riven and Jax)
