can we stop adding new champions for a bit?

I feel they're launching way too many champions rn and they're not doing much with the champs we already have, there are so many champs that need some help and love and some that need some tuning on their power levels, its not that I don't like new champions im happy with them releasing new champions but at the same time it creates problems in the game and meta, Sylas is an example, he's very disruptive because he has everyones ultimate and he's never gonna be balanced, maybe a re rework on him would be fine but it would kill the idea, I feel like they're not thinking much about these champs lately, and they should really look out to fix what we have right now, again, I like new champs but they create more problems.

last patch and 9.11 were filler patches, just read them and try to convince yourselves they did something useful for the game, it will be hard to try and convince yourself they did, all im saying is, game needs more work rn.
