TFT and normal league

Im just gonna make this quick

Patch 9.15 for normal league its a joke and shows riot is caring less and less about it, literally nothing changed at all, look at the tweaks they were almost non existent, khazix "buff" is just so ridiculous to even call it a buff, "OH WOW I GOT A 10 DAMAGE BUFF" and it goes on and on.
