After having read the 8.14 damage increase on certain champions, I scrolled down on the client, only to find the update on the 8.13 mid patch that I completed had missed (since they missed including it). The following champions were buffed in damage: Caitlyn, Nocturne, and Varus. Tristana had her E cost lowered and an increase in Q attack speed. Thanks Riot, just what we NEEDED. More DAMAGE input across the charts.
noc was nerfed tho
Yes because they were heavily underperforming.
Trist and Cait were nonexistant.
Varus buffs were mainly for his AD builds which they have been trying to make viable (though all of that does buff AP slightly).
Nocturne was a nerf btw.
Drop the idea that Marksmen should never receive buffs. If they are heavily underperforming, they should be buffed. This meta is already a massive nerf to them, many ADC players are being benched just cuz their role doesn't really exist or are being forced to play non-ADCs.
The 2 buffs to underperforming Marksmen are reasonable.
I hated Marksmen prior to this meta too, they were obnoxious, but now they are booty cheeks. Let them have this.
Rito needs more money from the LC$. more damage means shorter time for LC$ games means less time renting stadium means more money.
atm the balance team doesnt give a shit or two of how the game is at its horrible stat. im tired of complaining so im living its flaw. But one thing i did is that i stopped buying anything from them.

So you're just gonna ignore the Noc nerf? Also, Marksmen were getting bullied by 
in lane because they have more damage early on, so riot gave them damage to keep up with those mages. That's exactly what Doublelift said, "Buff what's weak".
The problem is they are planning to also revert some of the crit changes on top of these buffs.
