Draven/Jhin have a game breaking glitch causing him to do more true damage than intended.

Hey guys, Draven is one of the champs I main and while trying out builds for him in the practice tool, I noticed infinity edge was converting the bonus damage from his axes to true damage. The way draven has always worked (or any champion with an on-hit effect), is that when they produce a critical hit, the auto attack portion of the hit is what crits and the on hit damage (in this case the axe bonus dmg) does NOT crit. So that being said, when draven is auto attacking a target dummy with no axes he is doing X amount of true damage on crits, if I activate an axe and throw it, the physical damage should go up but the true damage should remain the same value X. This isnt what happened, so therefore I suspect infinity edge is converting 15% of draven's axe bonus damage into true damage as well.

I went on to test this on a few other champions:

I tried it on kogmaw and his W's bonus on hit magic damage. Kogmaw is working fine because when I pressed W while attacking a target dummy, my true damage didnt suddenly go up, it just stayed the same.

Then I tried it on vayne and vayne is also glitched with her Q. When I pressed Q while attacking the target dummy, the true damage suddenly went up for the Q hit. So the bonus damage on vayne's Q is being converted to true dmg even though its not suppose to crit.

Jhin is also glitched. I bought IE rfc and shiv and started auto attacking the dummy. Each hit did the same true damage until the 4th shot where I was doing DOUBLE true damage. Looks like infinity edge is converting 15% of Jhin's bonus health damage into true damage.

I have not tested every champion in league but my guess is that it is effecting on hit physical damage from champion abilities and not magic damage.

I dont know how this made it into the game but this is the type of stuff that should be hotfixed immediately.

It's not because of physical damage vs magic damage. It depends if the damage is part of the same damage instance as the basic attack (well this is always going to be physical damage unless it's corki)

some physical on-hit effects will not be converted, including J4's passive, BotRK's on-hit, Bloodrazor's on-hit, and the physical on-hit from Rageblade.

It does convert things like Naut's passive and Sheen/Trinity Force.

It might actually work on Morde's Q even though it's magic damage but not sure.

It's pretty much arbitrary lol

Not game breaking. (Are games crashing?)

And secondly, this is intended. IE converts physical onhits and any physical damage 'crit' (like Ashe's W). also old IE increased the Jhin 4th shot missing HP damage too...

This could be a good explanation for why Miss Fortune, Draven, and Jhin are the three top crit-building ADCs at the moment.

Also makes me wonder if this would work with a sheen proc on a Gangplank Q crit or barrel crits, Quinn's Harrier crits, Panth spear crits, Nidalee's Takedown, Trundle's Chomp, Talon's Q, Xin's Q, etc.

If it's a gamebreaking glitch, then this should make its way over to Report a Bug.
